The Employee Free Choice Act Violates The Core Principles Of America.
Please take some time to educate yourself regarding this potentially devasting legislation that looms in the horizon with an Obama presidency. This law eliminates the secret ballot during union elections and is a significant step toward the Europeanization/Socialization of our economy and work place.
Occasionally a principled politician will step away from partisan bickering and take a stand against a dangerous piece of legislation. Today, former Democratic Presidential Nominee George McGovern did just that by denouncing this poorly conceived law.
I tip my hat this evening to Senator McGovern and hope that America will take a close look at the devasting potential effects of this legislation.
